Frequently Asked Questions:
Q: How can I be sure I'm making the right choice?
A: Great question! Here's a link to a web page with the best info I've seen for "How To Choose YOUR Wedding Videographer".
Q: What if my wedding is postponed?
A: As long as we're given thirty days or more written notice, you can reschedule for any free date within twelve months of your original date and your deposit will be applied to your new date. This may be done just once though, we can't keep moving a date.
Q: How long will my wedding video be?
A: We produce journalistic style wedding videos that generally run about an hour, give or take fifteen minutes or so. We offer a short version as an option. The short version is generally about twenty minutes. It's a stylized version of the highlights of your day, mostly with a music background. These times are not including rehearsal dinners. By choosing the short version option, you get both a full-featured wedding video that you and family will enjoy and a short version to show to friends.
For those who don't want to miss a thing, or who may want to have their video re-edited in the future, we offer the entire set of raw tapes (see options).
Q: What if I make installment payments, but still have a balance when the video is finished?
A: No problem. When we receive your affirmation of your approval video, we'll produce your DVDs and hold them for you as long as at least one payment is made each month.
Q: There will be a lot of smoking at our reception. Will that be a problem?
A: Yes. We ask that you kindly not reserve our services where there will be smoking inside a building where we are expected to work.
Pay just $99 deposit to reserve your date. Then, only half the remaining balance is due 1 week before your wedding (and you can make installment payments on that). You don't pay the final half until you've received and approved the beta copy of your edited wedding video, and even this part may be paid in installments!
